Building Management definition

Building Management means any person(s) appointed by the Landlord for managing and overseeing the Building, on behalf of the Landlord. Building Management will handle the day-to-day activities related to the Building, including but not limited to, rental, collecting rent, tenant relationship with Landlord, maintenance complaints, setting up Building’s rules and guidelines and overall management of the Building. " إدارة المبني" تعني أي شخص يعينه المؤجر لإدارة و الأشراف علي المبني بالنيابة عنه. و تختص إدارة المبني بمتابعة كل الأنشطة و الامور اليومية المتعلقة بالمبني⸲ و تشمل علي سبيل المثال لا الحصر⸲ إستلام الإيجار⸲ تنسيق العلاقة بين المؤجر و المستأجر⸲ الشكاوي المتعلقة بالصيانة⸲ وضع اللوائح الخاصة بأستعمال المبني و كافة اعمال إدارة المبني.

Building Management. The Contractor's superintendent is encouraged to make use of Management's experience with the Building systems. Management will make itself available for consultation during the entire Work process. Management may attend all meetings with Contractor, subcontractors and/or architects (or space planners) that involve Building systems or major changes of scope and, therefore, Management shall be informed of all such meetings. APPROVAL OF PLANS—Within 48 hours of receipt of bid set of plans, Contractor will provide Management with a list of potential subcontractors that will be bidding the project. Upon receipt of this list, Management will have the sole discretion to approve or disapprove any of the subcontractors before subcontractor bidding begins.
