Building Mechanical System definition

Building Mechanical System means a DEU-compatible mechanical system, including an internal space heating and cooling and domestic water heating distribution system, for a building located on Designated Property that is to receive the Services;
Building Mechanical System means a mechanical system, including an internal space heating, space cooling and heating of domestic hot water distribution system for a Building;
Building Mechanical System means a DES-compatible mechanical system, including an internal space heating and domestic hot water distribution system, for a Building located on Designated Property that is to receive the Services;

Examples of Building Mechanical System in a sentence

  • The Customer is solely responsible to take all necessary measures to prevent damage to their Building Mechanical System due to any cause, including settlement of the structure or soil through which the Building Mechanical System passes.

  • A Customer shall not extend or permit the extension of a Building Mechanical System or any other Customer owned piping, equipment or any other assets that are connected directly or indirectly to the DESS, beyond the separately titled other parcel of land in respect of which they are used to supply Energy except as may be provided in the DESS Service Requirements or otherwise authorized by the Utility in writing.

  • The Utility shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any repair, maintenance or replacement of any Building Mechanical System, except to the extent that damage to a Building Mechanical System is caused by a deliberate or negligent act of the Utility.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Utility will not in any way be responsible for any aspect of the design, engineering, permitting, construction or installation of any Building Mechanical System.

  • The design and installation or alteration of the Building Mechanical System must integrate the Building Mechanical System and DEU in a manner that enables the Building Mechanical System to derive the most benefit possible from the DEU and the DEU to operate at peak efficiency.

  • The design of the Building Mechanical System, On Site Service Connection and On Site Energy Generation Plant(s) is subject to approval by the City Engineer following certification by the Service Provider under section 19.1(d).

  • A person must not begin to install or alter a Building Mechanical System, On Site Service Connection and On Site Energy Generation Plant(s) until the Director, Building Approvals has issued the building permit.

  • No building permit for a Building Mechanical System, On Site Service Connection or On Site Energy Generation Plant(s) will be issued until an Energy Services Agreement has been signed relating to the Designated Property.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).
