Building officials definition

Building officials means the officials charged with the administration and enforcement of the Rhode Island State Building Code.
Building officials. – means the Chief Building Official and Inspectors appointed by By-law under the Building Code Act in the exercise of a power or the performance of a duty under the Building Code Act or the Building Code.
