Building Period definition

Building Period means the period from the execution of this agreement to and including the date of delivery of the Vessel pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract.
Building Period means the period of time that the BUILDING CONTRACTOR will be conducting the BUILDING WORK on the ERF. The BUILDING PERIOD will be calculated in whole calendar months by the HOA and the BUILDING CONTRACTOR. The BUILDING PERIOD ends when a COMPLETION CERTIFICATE has been issued.
Building Period means (i) with respect to Section 6.5(c), (A) in the case of the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2015, such fiscal quarter, (B) in the case of the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2017, such fiscal quarter, (C) in the case of the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2017, the two fiscal quarter period ending on September 30, 2017, (D) in the case of the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2017, the three fiscal quarter period ending on December 31, 2017, and (E) in the case of each fiscal quarter thereafter, the four fiscal quarter period ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter and (ii) with respect to Section 6.5(a), (A) in the case of the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2018, such fiscal quarter, (B) in the case of the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2018, the two fiscal quarter period ending on June 30, 2018, (C) in the case of the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2018, the three fiscal quarter period ending on September 30, 2018, and (D) in the case of each fiscal quarter thereafter, the four fiscal quarter period ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter.

Building Period means the period commencing on the date stated in the policy schedule or when the contractor takes possession of the building site, whichever is later, and finishing within 12 calendar months, or when whichever of i. or ii. below applies first:

Building Period means the building construction time estimated by the Builder to carry out the Building Works, as stated in Item 1 of Schedule 1, subject to Clause 34.
