Building Property definition

Building Property is defined in Section 1.2.
Building Property. No person shall ▇▇▇▇, deface, injure, displace, alter, remove or tamper with any piece of equipment, furniture, fixtures, buildings or other property of said facilities. Construct, alter, modify or erect any partition or structure of any kind, whether permanently or temporarily. Hang, attach, affix, display, throw or release any materials to any of the interior or exterior walls, premise, apparatuses, furniture, fixtures, or equipment of the Community Center.

  • It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this Grant Agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor under 40 U.S.C. §§ 3141-3144, 3146, and 3147, Public Building, Property, and Works), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.

  • Landlord and its respective Related Parties shall not be liable for, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against such parties for, business interruption and losses occasioned thereby sustained by Tenant or any person claiming through Tenant resulting from any accident or occurrence in or upon the Premises, Building, Property or Project from any cause whatsoever.

  • Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Materials (as hereinafter defined) to be brought upon, kept, used, stored, handled, treated, generated in or about, or released or disposed of from, the Premises, Building, Property or Project in violation of applicable Environmental Requirements (as hereinafter defined) by Tenant or any Tenant Party.

  • Tenant shall be solely responsible for the personal safety of Tenant’s officers, employees, agents, contractors, guests and invitees while any such person is in, on or about the Premises, Building, Property and/or Project.

  • Operating Expenses hereunder shall also include the cost of tax monitoring services provided to Landlord with respect to the Building, Property or Project.

  • Landlord shall have the right to conduct annual tests of the Premises to determine whether any contamination of the Premises, Building, Property or Project has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use.

Related to Building Property

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Adjoining Property means any adjoining or neighbouring premises in which the Landlord or a Group Company of the Landlord holds or shall at any time during the Term hold a freehold or leasehold interest;
