Building Risers definition

Building Risers means the electrical, mechanical or communications spaces or other pathways in the Building.
Building Risers means the electrical, mechanical or communications spaces or other pathways in the Building, as designated by the Licensor from time to time. "Business Day" · means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday and any other day on which the principal commercial banks in the Province of Ontario are not open for business during normal banking hours.

  • The Licensee and its authorized representatives shall have ingress and egress to the Building Risers at such times as specified by the Owner, acting reasonably, provided that in the event of an emergency, the Licensee shall have the right to enter the Building Risers upon notification to the Owner.

  • All entry and access to the Equipment Room and the Building, including the Building Risers, by the Licensee and its authorized representatives shall be subject to the Owner’s reasonable security procedures.

  • If requested by the Licensee in connection with its use of the Equipment Room and the Building Risers, the Owner shall permit the Licensee to install, operate, maintain, repair and replace certain of the Licensee’s Equipment on such portion of the rooftop of the Building as mutually agreed between the Owner and the Licensee in writing.

  • Laws The Licensee, in installing, maintaining, testing, modifying, upgrading, operating, repairing, and replacing the Licensee’s Equipment in the Equipment Room and the Building Risers shall comply at all times with all applicable laws, regulations, by-laws, rules, orders and ordinances of all federal, provincial and municipal governmental authorities, including, without limitation, the rulings and decisions of the CRTC.

  • The Licensee, in installing, maintaining operating, repairing and replacing the Licensee’s Equipment in the Equipment Room and the Building Risers shall comply at all times with all applicable laws, regulations, by‐laws, rules, orders and ordinances of all federal, provincial and municipal governmental authorities, including, without limitation, the rulings and decisions of the CRTC.

  • All entry and access to the Equipment Room and the Building, including the Building Risers, by the Licensee and its authorized representatives shall be in accordance with the Licensor’s Building Rules and Regulations, as attached in Schedule D and Building Security Regulations, as attached in Schedule E.

  • The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor for security escorted access to the Building, Building Risers, or the Equipment Room, within sixty (60) days of receipt of an invoice from the Licensor.

  • The Licensee agrees to pay Licensor for security escorted access to the non-exclusive areas consisting of the Building or Building Risers, outside of Ordinary Business Hours as defined in Schedule D hereto.

  • Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Licensee, at its sole cost and expense, shall remove the Licensee’s Equipment and the Licensee’s personal property from the Equipment Room, the Building and the Building Risers and shall be responsible for repairing any damage caused by such installation and removal, except damage caused by ordinary wear and tear.

Related to Building Risers

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.

  • Building Systems means any electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, sprinkler, life safety or security systems serving the Building.

  • heritage building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Buildings means , and BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of apartments of different types in G+ storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures, as may be constructed on the Premises by the Builder from time to time.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
