BUILDING VACANCY definition

BUILDING VACANCY for any calendar year, shall mean the average of the rate of vacancy in the Building in each calendar month in such year. The rate of vacancy in the Building in any calendar month shall be determined by dividing the total square footage of the Building Rentable Area which is vacant on the first day of such calendar month by the total square footage of the Building Rentable Area.
