Bulk Settlement definition

Bulk Settlement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(c).

Bulk Settlement means any settlement agreed to between Radian and a Servicer with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac’s consent pursuant to which Radian agrees to pay a specified amount in aggregate in order to resolve Claims in respect of ten (10) or more Subject Loans (it being understood that a Bulk Settlement may be entered into with respect to a universe of mortgage loans (which may include Subject Loans and other mortgage loans) prior to or after the submission of some or all of the claims (including Claims) with respect thereto). For the avoidance of doubt, references in this Section 4.3(c) to “pay” as they pertain to Subject Loans shall not be interpreted to mean that Radian is obligated to make any payment to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac or any other Person in respect of a Bulk Settlement.

Related to Bulk Settlement

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.

  • Share Settlement means a number of shares of Class A Common Stock equal to the number of Redeemed Units.

  • Physical Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Net Share Settlement means the settlement method pursuant to which an exercising Warrantholder shall be entitled to receive from the Company, for each Warrant exercised, a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the Net Share Amount without any payment therefor.
