Bullet Maturity Amount definition

Bullet Maturity Amount means with respect to a Funding Period for any Additional Permitted Debt with a Bullet Maturity, an amount equal to the principal amount of such Additional Permitted Debt due at final maturity divided by the number of Funding Periods between the date of issuance and the final maturity of such Additional Permitted Debt plus the aggregate of the Bullet Maturity Amounts not funded in prior periods.
Bullet Maturity Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the Depositary Agreement.
