Issuer Covered Person shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(oo).

Impervious cover means a surface composed of material that significantly impedes or prevents natural infiltration of water into soil.
Unchecked Baggage means any baggage (carry-on) accompanying the passenger other than checked baggage.
Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.
Oven means a chamber which is used to bake, cure, polymerize, and/or dry a
Boiler means an enclosed fossil or other fuel-fired combustion device used to produce heat and to transfer heat to recirculating water, steam, or other medium.
Passenger car means every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle designed and used primarily for
Air Bag means an unaltered factory-installed supplemental restraint system designed to inflate upon impact to protect a person from bodily Injury during an accident.
HRS means the Hawaii Revised Statutes.
Construction, panel, and floor covering adhesive means any one-component adhesive that is designed exclusively for the installation, remodeling, maintenance, or repair of:
Runoff means storm water or precipitation including rain, snow or ice melt or similar water that moves on the land surface via sheet or channelized flow.
Apprenticeship means the training and (where applicable) end point assessment for an employee as part of a job with an accompanying skills development programme;
Dispenser means a practitioner who dispenses.
CABS means the Carrier Access Billing System.
Lot coverage means the portion or percentage of the area of a lot upon which buildings are erected.
tail or "Basis of Occurrence"
Apprentice electrician means an individual other than an electrical contractor, master electrician, or electrical journeyman, who is engaged in learning about and assisting in the installation or alteration of electrical wiring and equipment under the direct personal supervision of an electrical journeyman or master electrician.
Tail risk means a risk that occurs either where the frequency of low probability events is higher than expected under a normal probability distribution or where there are observed events of very significant size or magnitude.
ESD means the Washington State Employment Security Department.
Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) the Certificate Principal Balance of all of the Certificates is zero, (ii) any period during which any payment on the Certificates could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law has expired, and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.
