Bunker Requisition Form means a document where the Chief Engineer/ Broker/ Master of the Vessel indicates the exact requirements of the Marine Bunker Fuels including inter alia, the manifold size, receiving rates etc, with other relevant information and the time the Vessel is ready to accept delivery.

Examples of Bunker Requisition Form in a sentence

  • These General Terms and Conditions are deemed incorporated in each Confirmation Note, Invoice, Bunker Delivery Note, Tank Measurement Form, Bunker Requisition Form and together with these General Terms and Conditions constitute a complete and exclusive Agreement of Sale of Marine Fuel.

  • Before commencement of delivery the Sellers shall present for written acknowledgement by the Master of the Vessel or his authorized representative, a Bunker Requisition Form or similar document, duly signed by the Sellers or their representative, which shall contain the quantities to be delivered and brief bunker delivery terms.

  • The site visit afforded Committee Members with an opportunity to view the recycling plant in operation and the winter fleet and speak to operatives.

  • The user may only use the database after this End User License Agreement (XXXX) has been signed and returned to the iBUG Group at Imperial College London.

  • In the Bunker Requisition Form, the Master of the vessel shall confirm the name of the receiving Vessel, her IMO number, the details of the Vessel’s Owners, her Managers, her Operators, her disponent Owners and her Charterers.

Related to Bunker Requisition Form

  • Requisition means any temporary requisition or confiscation of the use or occupancy of any of the Leased Premises by any governmental authority, civil or military, whether pursuant to an agreement with such governmental authority in settlement of or under threat of any such requisition or confiscation, or otherwise.
