Bunker Vessel definition

Bunker Vessel means any vessel, normally navigating within the Port of Liverpool, used for the storage, transportation or delivery of oil products to vessels or facilities in the Port of Liverpool;
Bunker Vessel means any vessel, normally navigating within the Thames, used for the storage, transportation or delivery of oil products to vessels or facilities in the Thames;
