Burdensome Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.05.
Burdensome Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.05. “Business Day” means, any day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) on which banks are open for business in New York City or Chicago.
