Burn Permit definition

Burn Permit means a permit issued by the CityFire Chief or his or her designate pursuant to the Emergency Response and Protection Services By-law in the form prescribed by the Senior Administrative Officer from time to time;
Burn Permit means a permit issued by the City
Burn Permit means a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this bylaw for the purpose of an open fire.

Burn Permit means formal authorization from, or approval by the Environmental Director or their designee to burn approved materials, the absence of which would preclude activities regulated by this Code.
Burn Permit means a permit that is issued in accordance with this Bylaw, authorizing a “Open Air Burning, Brush Fire, Agricultural Fire or Specific Use Fire”;
Burn Permit means a written conditional authorization issued and administered by the Municipality to set or maintain an Open-Air Fire, as per any restrictions and conditions contained in this By-Law or as may be specified on the burn permit itself.
Burn Permit means a burn permit obtained by the City of Hot Springs Police Department for a particular prescribed burn within the city.
Burn Permit means a burn permit that is issued in accordance with this By-law to permit the starting, setting and maintaining of fires;
Burn Permit means a burn permit which is issued by the Township in accordance with this Bylaw authorizing specific types of open-air burning. (i.e., brush and clean wood products).
Burn Permit means a formal authorization from, or approval by the Hoopa Fire Department and the Hoopa Valley Tribal Environmental Protection Agency, Air Quality Department to burn approved materials as defined under Title 49 section 49.3 (K); or formal authorization from, or approval by the Hoopa Fire Department for a cultural burn.
