Burn Permit definition

Burn Permit means a permit issued by the CityFire Chief or his or her designate pursuant to the Emergency Response and Protection Services By-law in the form prescribed by the Senior Administrative Officer from time to time;

More Definitions of Burn Permit

Burn Permit means formal authorization from, or approval by the Environmental Director or their designee to burn approved materials, the absence of which would preclude activities regulated by this Code.
