Business Automobile Policy definition

Business Automobile Policy. Shall have minimum limits of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. This shall include Owned Vehicles, Hired and Non- owned Vehicles, and Employees Non-Ownership and be based on occurrence basis.

  • The Contractor shall maintain a Business Automobile Policy on all vehicles used to transport clients, including vehicles hired by the Contractor or owned by the Contractor’s employees, volunteers or others, with the following minimum limits: $1,000,000 per accident combined single limit.

  • The Respondent shall procure and maintain a Business Automobile Policy with liability limits of not less than $1,000,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence or a policy with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 covering any owned, non-owned or hired autos.
