Business centers definition

Business centers means a group of commercial establishments planned, constructed and managed as a total entity with customer and employee parking provided on-site, provision for goods delivery separated from customer access, aesthetic considerations and protection from the elements.
Business centers means the Bank’s network of locations where customers can meet with members of the Bank’s business customer team and that have facilities designed to assist business customers. Business Centers are not Stores, however, a number of the Bank’s Stores also have Business Center capabilities and include members of the Bank’s business customer team;
Business centers means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
