Business Content definition

Business Content means any sound recordings, musical works, album cover artwork, photographs, images, audiovisual works, third party metadata (including editorial content) and other copyrighted materials made available by Seller through the Business Products, but excluding the Business Product Software and Incorporated Software.
Business Content means all content on the websites and webpages at the Assigned Domains or those registered internet domains set forth in Schedule 3.8(a)(iii) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule in each case as of the applicable Closing Date; provided, however, that “Business Content” excludes (a) content or Intellectual Property of the Sellers or any of their Affiliates that is an Excluded Asset, and (b) content or Intellectual Property that is not used exclusively in the operation or conduct of the Business, as of the date hereof and/or as of the applicable Closing Date, in either case whether embedded therein or referenced therefrom.
Business Content means information relating to a Business or Location provided to or made available to SinglePlatform by Partner, the Business or Location in connection with the Storefront Service, including a Business’ or Location’s Images, Storefronts, text, PDFs, trademarks, names, logos and any other applicable content.

More Definitions of Business Content

Business Content means any data, content (including any websites or imagery), and information that has been generated, compiled, accessed, licensed, or used by a Group Company for purposes of generating any of its Products.
Business Content shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 6.10(v).
Business Content means any content, information or other materials (including their associated Intellectual Property Rights) provided by Business to Find Touch to provide the Deal Services.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Promotional Materials means the core written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products.

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.
