Business Day (Canada) definition

Business Day (Canada) means a day on which banks are open for business in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ but excludes (i) Saturday, Sunday and any other day which is a legal holiday in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and (ii) any day on which commercial banks are authorized or required to close in New York City or Boston, Massachusetts.
Business Day (Canada) shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Annex A hereto.

Examples of Business Day (Canada) in a sentence

  • If any payment hereunder becomes due and payable on a day other than a Business Day (Canada), such payment shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day (Canada), and, with respect to payments of principal, interest thereon shall be payable at the then applicable rate during such extension.

  • Bankers’ Acceptances and BA Equivalent Notes shall be issued and shall mature on a Business Day (Canada).
