Business Entity Formation definition

Business Entity Formation means the act of any person, partnership, association, corporation, company, singly or jointly with others, in organizing under the Delaware Code and filing the required documents with the Division of Corporations in the Department of State.
Business Entity Formation means any person, partnership, association, corporation, company, singly or jointly with others, that organizes under the Delaware Code and files the required documents with the Division of Corporations in the Department of State, but shall expressly exclude a nonprofit association as set forth at 6 Del.C. §1910.

  • Business Entity/Vendor means any natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of New Jersey or any other state or foreign jurisdiction. Citizens and residents of Ohio, who are and have held themselves out as members of the following socially and economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks, American Indians, Hispanics and Asians. Only businesses certified by the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Division in accordance with Section 123.151 of the Ohio Revised Code shall be recognized as being MBE certified within the purpose of this invitation.

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.
