Business Identifier Code definition

Business Identifier Code. (BIC) means a code as defined by ISO Standard No 9362;
Business Identifier Code or BIC shall mean a code assigned by the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) to financial and non-financial institutions as defined in ISO 9362.
