Without limiting the foregoing the Business has taken commercially reasonable steps designed to protect the Business IT Systems from contaminants or other Software designed to disable any other Software or any computer or system automatically, with the passage of time, or any Software enabling unauthorized access to or operation of or other disruption, impairment, modification, recordation, misuse, transmission, disablement or destruction of any other Software or any computer or system.
The Seller Group has in place commercially reasonable disaster recovery plans, procedures and facilities for the Business IT Systems and has taken commercially reasonable steps to safeguard the security of the Business IT Systems.
