Business IT definition

Business IT means all Information Technology which is owned or used by any Group Company in relation to the Business and which is material to the Business;
Business IT means all Information Technology which is owned by the Company in connection with the business of the Company;
Business IT has the meaning given thereto in paragraph 12.2 of Schedule 5 (Seller Warranties);

More Definitions of Business IT

Business IT means all IT Assets which are owned or used by Seller and the Selling Subsidiaries or Transferred Subsidiaries.
