Business Offerings definition

Business Offerings means any products or services designed, developed, offered, provided, licensed or otherwise distributed by any Seller or any Seller Affiliate related to the Business, or that any Seller or Seller Affiliate currently intends to offer for license, provide or otherwise distribute in connection with the Business, including any products or service offerings under development that form the basis, in whole or in part, of any revenue of Buyer.
Business Offerings means all services or products developed, marketed, sold, offered or supported by or on behalf of any of the Companies, or any Affiliate of any of the Companies relating to such Company’s business of Online Transactional Platforms and Payment Platforms at any time and any service or product relating to such Company’s business currently under development by any of the Companies or any Affiliate of any of the Companies relating to Online Transactional Platforms and Payment Platforms.
Business Offerings means any products or services designed, developed, offered, provided, licensed or otherwise distributed by or for the Company or any Company Affiliate related to the Business, or that the Company or any Company Affiliate intends to offer for license, provide, or otherwise distribute in connection with the Business, including any products or service offerings under development that form the basis, in whole or in part, of any revenue or business projection provided to Buyer.

  • The Blaze Business' products (including all Blaze Business Offerings) have been marked as necessary to take advantage of rights available under each applicable Patent statute and Seller has given the public notice of its Copyrights and notice of its Trademarks as required by the applicable Trademark and Copyright statutes, in each case except to the extent for such omissions as do not materially diminish such rights.

  • The Company maintains a repository of known defects, malfunctions and nonconformities in the Business Offerings and Company Intellectual Property consistent with customary industry standards.

Business Offerings means any and all products or services offered, licensed, provided, sold, distributed, or made available as part of the Business, and any and all products or services under design or development (or already designed or developed) as part of the Business, including all versions and releases of the foregoing, together with any related documentation, materials or information.
