Business Online definition

Business Online means any product, feature or service that we provide through Online Banking or Telephone Banking which can be accessed through an Electronic Device, as well as the Mobile Payment Services;
Business Online means the web-based platform through which the Customer and its Users access the Services.
Business Online refers to our commercial internet banking service.

  • You should do this only if you are authorized to link the accounts of the different business and to use all the functions of Business Online Banking for each business.

  • Upon doing so, you may link the accounts of the businesses so that you may elect, at your risk and that of the businesses, but not of the Bank, to use a common Online ID and passcode for Business Online Banking for all linked accounts.

  • If you also are authorized to enter into an Agreement for the Business Online Banking service for another business, and if you want to link the accounts of the other business to the accounts covered by this Agreement, you will need to agree separately to this Agreement for each other business.

  • If you no longer are a person authorized on the signature card for each linked account to designate signers for each such account, the business has the obligation to inform Business Online Banking of the new individual or individuals with such authority.

  • We provide a link from your Bank of America Small Business Online Banking session for you to access your Payroll Service on the Intuit Web Site, which you are permitted to use if you maintain a Bank of America business checking account.

  • If you elect to use Business Online Banking, Business Mobile Banking or other online or mobile services, separate fees may also apply that are described in applicable agreements.

  • For Business Online Banking, please see Part 4 – Business Account Terms and Conditions for security requirements.

  • For certain Business Online Banking Services, Member will need to provide at Member’s own expense, a computer, software and necessary telephone lines, Internet or other connections and equipment as needed to access the Services (collectively, the “Computer”).

  • We may change this Business Online Banking Agreement at any time.

  • Member will then be required to enter Member’s User ID, individual password, as well as comply generally with those security procedures associated with Member’s access to the Business Online Banking Services (which also apply to Member’s use of Mobile Banking), and any additional Access Devices and security procedures Navigant may require to access Mobile Banking.


More Definitions of Business Online

Business Online means the services or products provided by Investec from time to time accessed by using the user’s Business Online password and includes for purposes of these Terms and Conditions accessing Investec Business Online through the website or via the Investec Business Online App;
Business Online means any secure banking internet sites maintained by the Bank.

Related to Business Online

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Ohio Business Gateway means the online computer network system, created under section 125.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, that allows persons to electronically file business reply forms with state agencies and includes any successor electronic filing and payment system.

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.

  • Principal business operations means the operations of a business are located at the place or places where at least 60% of its employees work or where employees that are paid at least 60% of its payroll work. A business that has agreed to relocate or hire new employees using the proceeds of a growth investment to establish its principal business operations in a qualified rural local governmental unit in the state shall be considered to have its principal business operations in this new location provided it satisfies this definition within 180 days after receiving the growth investment, unless the fund agrees to a later date. A business located in this state that has agreed to hire new employees in a qualified rural local governmental unit using the proceeds of a growth investment to establish its principal business operations in that qualified rural local governmental unit shall be considered to have its principal business operations in a qualified rural local governmental unit provided it hires the necessary employees within 180 days after receiving the growth investment or a later date, if agreed to by the fund.
