business prospect means any past or present business prospect with respect to the Company's business which the Company is soliciting or has actively solicited within the immediately preceding one-year period and the term "Company's business" shall mean the online custom compilation of music; (ii) call upon any employee of the Company for the purpose or with the intent of enticing the employee away or out of the employ of the Company for any reason whatsoever; and (iii) be the owner of more than five (5%) of the outstanding capital stock of any U.S. publicly traded corporation, or an officer, director or employee of any corporation which is engaged in the Company's business within the United States.

  • Business Products means all products and services developed, produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Acquired Business prior to the Closing, and all products and services currently under development by the Acquired Business.
