Business Prospects definition

Business Prospects refers to (a) projects included in the Company's contract backlog as of the date hereof; and (b) projects for which the Company has submitted bids that are pending as of the date hereof.
Business Prospects refers to projects (1) included in the Company’s contract backlog as of the date hereof; (2) for which the Company has submitted bids that are pending as of the date hereof; (3) involving the current or prospective receipt of services revenue by the Company; and (4) which have not yet been included in the Company’s contract backlog due to the awards for such projects being unsigned; in each case considered in the aggregate. Each Subsidiary has been duly incorporated or organized and is in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation or organization and is qualified to do business and is in good standing in each jurisdiction in which the ownership or lease of properties or the conduct of its business requires such qualification, except where failure to be so qualified would not have a Material Adverse Effect. The Company and its Subsidiaries have all requisite power and authority to own their respective properties and to conduct their respective businesses as currently being carried on and as described in the Registration Statement, Disclosure Package and Prospectus.
Business Prospects refers to projects (1) included in the Company’s contract backlog as of the date hereof; (2) that are “Unsigned Low-bid Awards,” as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015; and (3) for which the Company has submitted bids that are pending as of the date hereof.
