Business Registration Authority definition

Business Registration Authority means the PRC State Administration for Industry and Commerce or its successor or local office in charge of company registration.
Business Registration Authority means the Suzhou Industrial Park Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau or its successor in charge of the matters of which it is currently in charge as referred to herein.
Business Registration Authority means the State agency authorised to issue investment certificates in accordance with the Law on Investment and Law on Enterprise as those laws may be amended or replaced from time to time.
