Business Vehicle definition

Business Vehicle means a car, bus, van or other motorized unit which is owned or leased by an employer for the use of employees.
Business Vehicle as used in these regulations means a car, bus, truck, van, aircraft or other enclosed motorized unit, which is owned or leased by an employer for the use of employees and is occupied by more than one (1) person.
Business Vehicle means automobile, truck or van, owned, leased or otherwise controlled by an employer, which is available, by advance request, reservation or otherwise, for the use, in the course of employment, of any employee or employees.
