Business Volume definition

Business Volume or “BV” means the BV point value assigned to each product of Company. BV for each product detailed in List of Product Trading via Multi-level Sale Method of Company, can be amended and supplemented from time to time after notifying to competent authority;
Business Volume means the Fee Income less (i) Excluded Fee Income, and (ii) the first $500,000 in annual Fee Income (excluding any Excluded Fee Income) derived from any of the GE Divisions.
Business Volume means the gross sales of the Business generated during the (a) 10 business days prior to March 10, 2009 and (b) 10 business days prior to the Closing Date as the case may be.
