Busy Line Verification definition

Busy Line Verification. (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.
Busy Line Verification or “BLV” has the same meaning as “Line Status Verification” defined at 1.48 below.
Busy Line Verification. A service in which an operator asks the Inward Assistance operator to verify a conversation in progress.
