  • Tenant shall discharge all liens by bond or otherwise arising from the construction of the New Building or renovation of the Butler Building or any Tenant work or improvements within 30 days of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s receipt of any notice of such liens being placed on the Leasehold Premises or any part thereof.
