Buy Link means an active Link on the Service Site or Syndication Agent Site, as the case may be, which links such Service Site to a Web Site created, maintained and hosted by an authorized reseller of Phonograph Records in the United States or Canada, as the case may be, that processes and fulfills mail order sales of the Phonograph Records embodying Recordings that are Streamed or Conditionally Downloaded to End Users in the United States or Canada, as the case may be.
