Buyback/Drop off Center definition
Buyback/Drop off Center means the area at the Shoreway Center designated to receive Recyclable Materials from Self-Haul Customers for fee or payment. Also called the “Public Recycling Center.”
Buyback/Drop off Center means an area located at the SRDC Facility where Contractor 37 provides generators the opportunity to divert Recyclable Materials prior to Disposal for free 38 or for a price paid by Contractor when market prices exist for the Recyclable Materials. 39 California Integrated Waste Management Act (AB939)
