Examples of Buydown Application Request in a sentence

  • To the extent there are insufficient funds in the Operating Account, Seller shall wire such funds at least one (1) Business Day prior to the effective date of any Buydown Application Request.

  • To the extent there are insufficient funds in the Operating Account, Seller shall wire such funds at least [***] to the effective date of any Buydown Application Request.
