Buyer Broker definition

Buyer Broker means a licensee having an agency rela- tionship with a buyer in relation to a particular transaction.
Buyer Broker means the broker appointed by the Company for the Buy Back in terms of SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/1/2015 dated April 13, 2015 and CFD/DCR2/CIR/P/2016/131 dated December 09, 2016.
