Buyer Conditions definition

Buyer Conditions has the meaning as specified in § 3.2 (Buyer's Conditions Precedent); "Buyer Loss" has the meaning as specified in § 19.2 (Mark-to-Market Termination Amount); "Calculation Period" means each of:
Buyer Conditions means the conditions precedent to Completion set out in Part 1 of Schedule 4;

  • The Buyer shall, subject to the satisfaction of the Buyer Conditions Precedent, be obligated to accept delivery of the Aircraft when tendered for delivery in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Condition Satisfaction Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Eligibility Conditions means the eligibility conditions specified in the Act and the Rules including all the eligibilityconditions listed in Clause [5] of the Tender Document.
