Buyer Nominated Quantity definition

Buyer Nominated Quantity means the estimated quantity of Sales Gas (in MMSCMD) as nominated by the Buyer to the Seller in accordance with Clause 5 of this Agreement.
Buyer Nominated Quantity or “BNQ” shall mean the estimated quantity of Sales Gas (in SCMD) as nominated by the Buyer to the Seller in accordance with Clause 5 of this Agreement.
Buyer Nominated Quantity means the estimated quantity of Sales Gas (in SCMD) as nominated by the Buyer to the Seller in accordance with Clause 5 of this Agreement.

Examples of Buyer Nominated Quantity in a sentence

  • Buyer shall be required to notify Buyer Nominated Quantity within three (3) days from Sellers’ notification of REQ.

  • The actual quantity of Gas supplied by the Seller and offtaken by Buyer at the end of each Day shall be between ninety five percent (95%) and one hundred and five percent (105%) of the Buyer Nominated Quantity and shall be considered as Sales Gas.
