Buyer Requirements the requirements of the Buyer set out in Attachment 2.1 (Services Description), Schedule 2.2 (Performance Indicators), Attachment 2.2 (Key Performance Indicators and Subsidiary Performance Indicators Tables), Schedule 2.3 (Standards), Attachment 2.3 (Environmental Requirements), Schedule 2.4 (Security Management), the Order Form in respect of insurance, Schedule 6.1 (Implementation Plan), Attachment 6.1 (Outline Implementation Plan), Schedule 8.4 (Reports and Records Provisions), Attachment 8.4 (Transparency Reports and Records to Upload to Virtual Library), Schedule 8.5 (Exit Management) and Schedule 8.6 (Service Continuity Plan and Corporate Resolution Planning);
Buyer Requirements means any Buyer specified requirements or specifications designated in an Accepted Order with respect to a Display Product.
Buyer Requirements means the requirements that must be fulfilled by the Buyer as set out in the Proposal or Confirmation.
