Buyer Software definition

Buyer Software means BUYER’s proprietary software or the proprietary software of BUYER’s licensors, to be embedded into or bundled with the Products. The parties agree that all BUYER Software shall solely be embedded into or bundled with the Products in object code format.
Buyer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Buyer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
Buyer Software means the Buyer Proprietary Software Products together with any transferable rights Buyer or its Subsidiaries may have in any third-party computer software and firmware incorporated therein, or necessary for the development, operation, maintenance or support thereof and all documentation related thereto.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
