Buyer Transactions definition

Buyer Transactions means the transactions contemplated by the Buyer Transaction Agreements.
Buyer Transactions means the transactions contemplated by the Buyer Transaction Agreements. “Code” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

For the avoidance of doubt, announcements as used in the definition of Acquisition Transaction Announcement refer to any public announcement whether made by the Issuer or a third party.

  • Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents, and all other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the Related Transactions.

  • Purchase Transaction means a purchase of scrap metal, or the purchase of property described in section 10 if the knowing purchase or offer to purchase that property is not prohibited by that section, by a scrap metal dealer. The term does not include any of the following:

  • Consumer transaction means a transaction in which (i) an individual incurs an obligation primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, (ii) a security interest secures the obligation, and (iii) the collateral is held or acquired primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. The term includes consumer-goods transactions.
