Buyer’s Completion Documents definition
Buyer’s Completion Documents has the meaning set out in clause 11.1.4;
Buyer’s Completion Documents means each Transaction Document which is to be entered into by each Buyer;
Buyer’s Completion Documents means the documents which the Buyer will execute at Completion as specified in Schedule 1 of this Agreement;

The Buyer’s Guarantor shall pay to the Seller from time to time on demand any sum of money which the Buyer is at any time liable to pay to the Seller under or pursuant to this Agreement or the Buyer’s Completion Documents and which has not been paid at the time the demand is made.
