Examples of Buyer’s Order in a sentence
Buyer shall be entitled to reject and not pay Supplier’s invoice if Supplier’s invoice fails to include Buyer’s Order number, is received by Buyer after the time set forth above or is otherwise inaccurate, and any resulting: (A) delay in Buyer’s payment; or (B) nonpayment by Buyer shall be Supplier’s responsibility.
In all cases, Supplier’s invoice must: (i) bear Buyer’s Order number; (ii) be issued only after delivery in accordance with this Order has occurred; and (iii) be received by Buyer no later than one hundred and twenty (120) days after ▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of the goods and/or Supplier's completion of the services.
Buyer reserves the right to refuse or return at Seller’s risk and expense shipments made in excess of Buyer’s Order or in advance of required schedules, or to defer payment on advance deliveries until scheduled delivery dates.
Any conflicting, additional, and/or different terms or conditions referenced or included on Buyer’s Order or any other instrument provided to Honeywell which are different from this Agreement are deemed to be material alterations and are rejected and not binding upon Honeywell.
Payments must be made in U.S. currency unless agreed otherwise in writing and must be made via electronic fund transfer, accompanied by remittance detail containing at a minimum the Buyer’s Order number, Honeywell’s invoice number and amount paid per invoice.
Seller shall deliver the Products on the date set forth in Buyer’s Order.
Goods delivered to Buyer in excess of the quantities specified in Buyer’s Order or release and/or in advance of schedule may be returned to Seller at Seller’s risk and expense, including but not limited to any cost incurred by Buyer related to storage and handling of such goods.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇, Seller shall not make material commitments or production arrangements in excess of the quantities specified in Buyer’s Order or release and/or in advance of the time necessary to meet ▇▇▇▇▇’s delivery schedule.
As directed by ▇▇▇▇▇, Seller shall transfer title and possession to Buyer of any inventory and property, including plans, drawings, and information held by Seller which is for Buyer’s Order.
Seller shall provide, at no cost to Buyer, any information and documentation requested by Buyer to support any application by Buyer for duty drawback with respect to any material imported by Seller to satisfy Buyer’s Order.
