BV1 definition
BV1 means Nogenta Swiss Acquisition Holding 1 B.V., a limited liability company incorporated in The Netherlands and (following the completion of the Hivedown) being a wholly owned subsidiary of NTL CV1.
BV1 has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
