BVHP Plan Amendment definition
BVHP Plan Amendment is defined in Recital B. “BVHP Redevelopment Plan” is defined in Recital B.
BVHP Plan Amendment means the amendment to the BVHP Redevelopment Plan approved by the Agency Commission on the Reference Date.
Examples of BVHP Plan Amendment in a sentence
This First Amendment shall become effective on the latest to occur of (the "First Amendment Effective Date") (i) the date that it is duly executed and delivered by the parties hereto, (ii) the effective date of a resolution adopted by the Oversight Board approving this First Amendment, and (iii) the date on which both the 2024 BVHP Plan Amendment and 2024 Shipyard Plan Amendment have become effective.
This ICA will become effective on the date on which both the BVHP Plan Amendment and the Shipyard Plan Amendment are effective (the “ICA Effective Date”).
