C of O. As defined in § 3.1.

Examples of C of O in a sentence

  • Prior to the recordation of the final map or issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), street lighting improvement plans shall be submitted for review and the owner shall provide a good faith effort via a ballot process for the formation or annexation of the property within the boundary of the development into a Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District.

  • If new street light(s) are required, then prior to the recordation of the final map or issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), street lighting improvement plans shall be submitted for review and the owner shall provide a good faith effort via a ballot process for the formation or annexation of the property within the boundary of the development into a Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District.

  • A valid Building Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) issued by the local jurisdiction.

  • The Lessor shall provide a valid C of O, issued by the local jurisdiction, for the intended use of the Government.

  • The Government shall accept the Space only if the construction of Building shell and TIs conforming to this Lease and the approved DIDs, if applicable, is substantially complete, a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) has been issued as set forth below, and the Building improvements necessary for acceptance as described in the paragraph “Building Improvements” are completed.

  • If the local jurisdiction does not issue C of O’s or if the C of O is not available, the Lessor may satisfy this condition by providing a report prepared by a licensed fire protection engineer that indicates the Space and Building are compliant with all applicable local codes and ordinances and all fire protection and life safety-related requirements of this Lease.

  • If the Building C of O is not available or the local jurisdiction does not issue a Building C of O, a report prepared by a licensed fire protection engineer with their assessment of the offered Space regarding compliance with all applicable local Fire Protection and Life Safety-related codes and ordinances must be provided.

  • If the local jurisdiction does not issue C of O’s or if the C of O is not available, the Lessor may satisfy this condition by providing a report prepared by a licensed fire protection engineer that indicates the Space and Building are compliant with all applicable local codes and ordinances and all fire protection and life safety- related requirements of this Lease.

  • If the Building C of O is not available or the local jurisdiction does not issue a Building C of O, a report prepared by a licensed fire protection engineer with their assessment of the Building regarding compliance with all applicable local Fire Protection and Life Safety-related codes and ordinances must be provided.

  • If the Offeror provides a Building C of O obtained under any edition of the International Building Code (IBC), and the offered Space meets or will meet all the requirements of the Lease with regard to Means of Egress, Automatic Fire Sprinkler System, and Fire Alarm System prior to occupancy, then the Offeror is not required to submit to VA the FPLS Submittal Information listed in I.1 above.

  • Master Street Address Guide or "MSAG" is a database of street names and house number ranges within their associated communities defining particular geographic areas and their associated ESNs to enable proper routing of 911 calls.   • ABS means asset-backed securities.

  • Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Fat wood means pieces of wood kindling with high naturally-occurring levels of sap or resin which enhance ignition of the kindling. “Fat wood” does not include any kindling with substances added to enhance flammability, such as wax-covered or wax-impregnated wood-based products.

  • Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.05.

  • State historic preservation officer or "officer" means the state historic preservation officer appointed by the governor under 16 U.S.C. 470a.

  • Last known address means the address the Tax Administrator has at the time a document is originally sent by certified mail, or any address the Tax Administrator can ascertain using reasonable means such as the use of a change of address service offered by the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC.

  • Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);

  • Truant means an unexcused absence for at least one class period during the day.

  • Finance Department means the Finance Department of the Government of Assam;

  • Name of Project means “Project No. Project Number and Description”

  • Authorized Signer is any individual listed in Borrower’s Borrowing Resolution who is authorized to execute the Loan Documents, including making (and executing if applicable) any Credit Extension request, on behalf of Borrower.

  • Authorized Signature means the signature of an individual authorized to receive funds on behalf of an applicant and responsible for the execution of the applicant’s project.

  • Certificate of operation means a document issued by the administrator or an approved local jurisdiction for a conveyance indicating that the conveyance has been inspected by the administrator, an approved local jurisdiction, or a licensed third-party conveyance inspector and approved under this article.

  • Compliance Department means the Chief Compliance Officer of Federated and those other individuals designated by him or her as responsible for implementing this Code and the Associated Procedures.
