Frontage means and refer to all the property on one side of a street between two intersecting streets measured along the line of the street, or if the street is dead-ended, then all of the property abutting on one side between an intersecting street and the dead end of the street.
National Park means comparatively large areas of outstanding scenic and natural beauty with the primary objective of protection and preservation of scenery, flora and fauna in the natural state to which access for public recreation and education and research may be allowed;
Airside means, generally, those areas of an Airport which requires a person to pass through a security checkpoint to access. References to "sterile areas" generally mean Airside areas within terminal buildings. References to "Airfield", "Aircraft Operations Area", "AOA", or "Secured areas" generally mean outdoor Airside areas or areas not accessible to passengers.
atrium means a large open space extending through several floors in a building that is open to the ceiling;
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty per cent of all crossroads separated in grade.
(c) (iii) Quarter’ means a three-month period commencing on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 in a calendar year."
Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
Public park means an area of land for the enjoyment of the public, having facilities for rest and/or recreation, such as a base- ball diamond or basketball court, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, federal government, or metropolitan park district. Pub- lic park does not include trails.
Terrace means a relatively level step constructed in the face of a graded slope surface for drainage and maintenance purposes.
Intercollegiate sport means a sport played at the collegiate level for which eligibility requirements for participation by a student athlete are established by a national association for the promotion or regulation of collegiate athletics.
BRRD II means Directive (EU) 2019/879 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Directive 2014/59/EU as regards the loss-absorbing and recapitalisation capacity of credit institutions and investment firms and Directive 98/26/EC.
Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.
Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a parcel measured perpendicularly from the rear wall(s) of the main building situated on the parcel to the rear property boundary of the parcel [see sketch in Schedule B];
Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the
OpCo has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
CDBG-DR means Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery.
Funding and Payment Office means (i) the office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender located at Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx or (ii) such other office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender as may from time to time hereafter be designated as such in a written notice delivered by Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender to Company and each Lender.
Poppy straw means all parts, except the seeds, of the opium poppy, after mowing.
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.
PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
Historically black college or university means an institution determined by the Secretary of Education to meet the requirements of 34 CFR 608.2.
townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

ROW means Right of Way.
