Cable Subscribers definition

Cable Subscribers means subscribers to the multi-channel television services (including wireline, wireless and DBS television services) provided by the Obligors.
Cable Subscribers means individual residential subscribers to the basic cable service tier in retail properties and fully activated units in bulk contract properties, which comprise the Relevant Properties, and which, as of the Closing, are active subscribers to the cable services offered by the applicable Contributing Company, whose account is not more that 90 days past due for a retail contract and 60 days past due for a bulk contract and excluding those properties for which there is no contract or a month-to-month contract where a Contributing Company has received notice that its service to such properties is or will be terminated or such Contributing Company has knowledge that another operator has been granted the right to service such properties.
Cable Subscribers means, without duplication, all Basic Subscribers and EBUs other than HSI EBUs.

Cable Subscribers means the total number of Subscribers that (i) subscribe to Cable Service (either alone or in combination with any other service) (exclusive of “second outlets” or “additional outlets”) or have requested to be installed with any such service but installation has not been completed, and provided that an entity that obtains both Basic Service and Expanded Basic Service shall be deemed to be only one Cable Subscriber); (ii) have paid their applicable installation fee and the first month’s billed charges for their Cable Service; (iii) do not have more than ten dollars ($10.00) owing to Parent Parties sixty (60) days or more overdue from the first day of the period to which any outstanding ▇▇▇▇ relates; (iv) have not requested disconnection and consistent with Parent’s policy on disconnection should not have been disconnected; and (v) in the case of households that became Subscribers within ninety (90) days preceding the applicable date as of which the number of Cable Subscribers is determined, that became Subscribers only pursuant to customary promotions conducted in the ordinary course of business consistent with Parent’s past practices.

Related to Cable Subscribers

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
