CAD-BA-CDOR definition
CAD-BA-CDOR means all tenors of the Canadian Dollar Offered Rate (CDOR). CDOR is a financial benchmark for bankers’ acceptances with a term to maturity of one year or lesscurrently calculated and administered by Refinitiv.
CAD-BA-CDOR. ’ means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the average rate for Canadian Dollar bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears on the Reuters Screen CDOR page as of 10:00 hours, Toronto time, on that Reset Date.
CAD-BA-CDOR means, as at any date, the average rate for Canadian Dollar bankers' acceptances for a one month period which appears on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page as of or about 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on such date. If such average rate does not appear on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page, the rate for such date will be the bid rate of the Reference Lender for Canadian Dollar bankers' acceptances for a one month period in an amount representative of the Face Amount for settlement on such date.

CAD-BA-CDOR means, for each INTEREST PERIOD, the rate per annum determined as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on the first day of such INTEREST PERIOD, as the average rate for CANADIAN DOLLAR bankers' acceptances quoted on the REUTERS SCREEN CDOR PAGE by the banks used as reference banks for such service for six-month periods. If CAD-BA-CDOR does not appear on the REUTERS SCREEN CDOR PAGE, the rate for that INTEREST PERIOD will be determined as if the parties had specified "CAD-BA-REFERENCE BANKS" as the applicable rate;
CAD-BA-CDOR means the rate for the relevant date of determination will be the rate for Canadian dollars bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears on Reuters service display page CDOR or any Successor Source as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on such date. If such rate does not appear on such display page or Successor Source, the rate for the relevant date of determination will be determined by reference to the arithmetic mean of the bid rates for Canadian dollar bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on such date obtained by Party A in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner from at least three Schedule I chartered banks of Canada.
CAD-BA-CDOR means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the average rate for Canadian Dollar bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on that Reset Date. If such rate does not appear on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page, the rate for that Reset Date will be determined as if the parties had specified "CAD-BA-Reference Banks" as the applicable Floating Rate Option.
CAD-BA-CDOR means the average rate for Canadian dollar bankers acceptances as determined by the Calculation Agent.
