If there are no successful bidders from within the promotional series the vacancy will be bid per the labor agreement. It should be noted that the qualifications for Job No. BB0249 Design Draftsman and Job No. BB0248 Draftsman have changed. All existing T&DD Senior Engineering Reps listed below will be placed in the newly formed Design Draftsman positions, and the existing T&DD Engineering Reps-Step 7 listed below will be placed in the newly formed Draftsman positions, and the qualifications waived. After this initial one-time grandfathering into classifications is complete, the new qualifications will be required when filling future vacancies. 3. CAD Operator wages will be as negotiated in the current Labor Agreement.
