Cadence Lease definition

Cadence Lease means, in relation to each Leased Property, the lease(s) or sublease(s) or license(s) under which Cadence or its applicable Subsidiary holds such Leased Property together with any other amendment, modification or supplemental document completed prior to the Actual Completion Date.

Examples of Cadence Lease in a sentence

  • Persons who hold a current Cadence Lease Agreement but are visiting residents in other units are considered Residential Guests; all others are considered Non-resident guests.

  • The Partnership shall promptly supply to Cadence any notices, demands, invoices and other communications received by the Partnership or its applicable Subsidiary or agents from any Landlord while the Partnership or its applicable Subsidiary occupies any Leased Property without a Lease Consent or any premises for which the parties have not obtained a full release of Cadence from its obligations under such Cadence Lease.
