To the extent available, Agent shall use Merchant’s credit card facilities (including Merchant’s credit card terminals and processor(s), credit card processor coding, Merchant identification number(s) and existing bank accounts) for credit card Proceeds relating solely to the Sale, sales of News Stand Inventory and Café/Candy Inventory and Agent Sale FF&E.
